Foreign patients are exempt from U.S. and California business policies in regards to dispensing and prescribing.

On-line orders can be made by U.S. patients who have already consulted with a Regrowth doctor, and by individuals who live outside the U.S. It's not necessary for non residents of the U.S. to consult with a Regrowth physician before placing an order, but if they feel they need medical advice, they are invited to consult with a Regrowth doctor for the same $20.00 consultation fee paid by U.S. patients.

On-line-bestellingen kunnen door bewoners van de V.S. geplaatst worden, indien zij reeds een in de V.S. wonende REGROWTH-Dokter geraadpleegd hebben. Personen die niet in de V.S. woonachtig zijn, behoeven geen raadpleging van een Regrowth-dokter om een bestelling te plaatsen, maar zijn uiteraard van harte welkom om op consult te komen tegen een vergoeding van $20.

VERZENDINGEN NAAR NEDERLAND: Vraagt u ons per e-mail naar de speciale maatregelen, die benodigd zijn om verzending naar Nederland mogelijk te maken. De Nederlandse wet stelt, dat voorgeschreven geneesmiddelen alleen in deze drie landen binnen gebracht kunnen worden, wanneer de patient ze bij zich draagt of wanneer deze in de bagage van de patient vervoerd worden. Deze geneesmiddelen kunnen dus niet per post naar deze landen verzonden worden.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Information: Shipping to patients within the continental United States is done via U.S. Priority Air Mail All such shipments within the continental U.S. should arrive within four days or less. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and to U.S. Post Office Boxes are shipped via U.S. Priority Air Mail and must be signed for. All shipments which contain Propecia are insured and must be signed for. We no longer ship via DHL, Federal Express or United Parcel Service unless there is no other option.

Insurance, tracking, signature-requested, etc., to countries outside the U.S.A. are expensive additions to the ordinary U.S. Air Mail fees. If you live in an area where your local postal system has problems delivering packages, PLEASE REQUEST THESE ADDITIONAL SERVICES. If they are not requested, the parcels will not be insured, tracked, etc., and you will bear the responsibility for potential loss. Shipments to Mexico must go via U.S. International Express Mail which cost a minimum of $21.00, but does include tracking. Shipments to Brazil, Italy, Korea, Russia and Turkey require Registration, which adds $7.50 to the posted shipping fees. Shipments to Germany and Holland must be Recorded, which adds $2.10 to the normal shipping fees.

U.S. Priority Mail and uninsured, non-registered and non-recorded international air mail shipping fees will be displayed in your cart and on the checkout page.

International U.S. Express Air Mail costs a minimum of $21.00, is trackable, and shipments generally arrive within seven days of processing. Please use the Comments Section of the Secure Order Form to tell us if you want this type of shipping.

Note: It is now our standard practice to Register and/or Record any shipments abroad which exceed $150.00 in true value. This adds $7.50 to the regular shipping fee, but is well worth it. These shipments must be signed for by postal officials on both the sending and receiving sides, greatly reducing the possibility for postal theft or postal incompetence.

KOREA: ALL ORDERS SHIPPED TO KOREA MUST BE REGISTERED. THIS COSTS $7.25 IN ADDITION TO THE AIR MAIL FEES LISTED IN THE SECURE ORDER FORM.

WE CANNOT SHIP TO IRAN.

Although U.S. Priority Air Mail shipments can arrive in as few as 1-4 days within the U.S., International Air Mail shipments can take up to 29 days to be delivered to addresses in distant countries. Because our staff is small, and the volume of e-mail and telephone calls to us is great, please don’t ask about shipments until there is a reasonable possibility that they are overdue.

The FAX number is (562) 696- 2707. The toll free Order number within the U.S. is 1 888 HAIR-HAIR (1 888 424-7424). The toll free number has only eight lines attached to it, so if there is no answer during business hours, it’s because you are caller number nine. Please try again later. Although new patients are generally seen in the Whittier office on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons, the phones are only answered on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons while new patients are being seen.
